HS diploma/GED required. Associates Degree in Business/Office Administration or related field preferred. One year of recent and related office experience including demonstrated competency of computer skills inclusive of word processing, data entry, and development and maintenance of databases/spreadsheets, familiarity of telephone operations and general office equipment, etc., required. Excellent organizational, interpersonal customer service and verbal/written communication skills. Demonstrate strong attention to detail with ability to prioritize. Ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding staff/person served issues required. Ability to demonstrate tact and courtesy in all interactions; demonstrate ability to relate to and accept individuals with disabilities. Ability to work in a changing environment, be flexible and demonstrate knowledge of and ability to work with internal/external stakeholders. Valid NYS Driver's License in accordance with Agency policies; ability to travel.
Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-4pm
Grade 10 Hourly $13.17-$15.80 dependent on education and experience
